The Geodetic Administration of the Republic of Slovenia (GURS) has published freshly updated generalised property values, reflecting the market situation as of 1 January 2025. Property owners will also receive official summary certificates at home these days, indicating the new value of your property. The certificates are expected to be sent by the end of May.
How can you check the new assessed value?
There is an online application where you can quickly check for yourself how much the generalised value of your property is. All you need is the address and the part number of the building (if it is a multi-apartment building).
