From 12 to 18 August, all eyes will be on Slovenia at the country's national tourism agency promotes itself at Virtuoso Travel Week in Las Vegas. Only a few select destinations are chosen each year to get an opportunity to show what they have to offer the luxury traveller. Virtuoso is a key event in a niche part of the travel industry that is forecast for greater growth than the industry as a whole.
Virtuoso partners media outlets such as Forbes, Business Inside, Conde Naste Traveler, and Vogue and focuses specifically on luxury and boutique travel with an emphasis on holidays tailored to the individual. The Slovenian Tourism Agency will be keen to highlight Slovenia's strengths in gastronomy, unspoilt nature, culture and green credentials.
