A report places Slovenia at the top of 14 emerging European countries based on factors such as stability, education and business friendliness
International consultancy firm Brand Finance in its annual Nation Brand report has placed Slovenia at the head of a list of 14 emerging European countries.
In particular, Slovenia scored well for steady economy, stable government and for having a “solid perspective for future growth”. In financial terms Slovenia impressed with growth of up to 29 per cent, to USD 82 billion.
Speaking about the report, Brand Finance’s communications director Konrad Jagodziński said that Slovenia and countries like it in Central and Eastern Europe are leading the way in digital industries and startups, and highlighted how Slovenia and other countries in the list are doing well at attracting tourists as well as investment from all over the world.
