Management:

The management of the residence remains in the domain of the investor or manager, ensuring professional maintenance of the common areas and the smooth operation of the complex.

Owners are contractually guaranteed the right to use the shared swimming pool, jacuzzi, and other landscaped areas within the estate, including a social area with a barbecue corner. Use is not limited by time or otherwise and is guaranteed for the entire period of property ownership.

Each unit comes with a parking space under a long-term lease arrangement at no additional cost, as the use of the parking area is already included in the management fees.

The estimated monthly operating costs amount to approximately 200–250 €. The contribution for the use and maintenance of the common areas, which remain under the management of the company, is 5 €/m² per month.
