A new housing project is coming to Ljubljana’s Prule district, along Karlovška cesta. The project includes two towers with around 25 apartments, planned on the site of the former Pirnat Svetila shop and workshop. Construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2027, but the investors still have a long way to go, as they are waiting for all the necessary permits to be obtained.

The project will be carried out by Zvonarska, which paid around EUR 2.4 million for the land in 2022. Interest in the apartments is already very high, with more than 80% of the units reserved or with potential buyers. Construction is expected to start at the end of next year and take about two years.
The residential towers will be designed in a modern and functional way. The first tower will have about 1,600 sqm of floor space and the second 2,400 sqm, while the basement will be up to 1,300 sqm. On average, each apartment will have around one and a half parking spaces.
Although the general conditions of sale have not yet been published, which is a legal requirement, this project has already attracted a lot of interest on the real estate market.
