It has two water tanks for rainwater, which serves for watering. Seven air-conditioners provide cooling and heating. It can also be heated by a wood-burning stove. The water is heated by a heat pump. The house has a beautifully landscaped garden. It offers a lot of enjoyment inside the house or outside in the garden.

It comprises the following rooms: kitchen, dining room with living room and bathroom, and 3 bedrooms (each with its own bathroom), male and female toilets, a room, a small kitchen, utility, living room, sauna and billiard room.

Outside: tool shed, pavilion with table and chairs, gas barbecue, swimming pool, and on the other side another terrace with charcoal barbecue and stone table.

Drainage around the house was made, a carport was built, as well as a carport by the pool, a pool and a terrace where there is asphalt, tiled floors, windows, wooden ceilings, all plumbing, electricity and sewer pipes to the septic tank, bathrooms, rooms, a new kitchen, a 300l heat pump for water was installed in 2022, and the roof was newly insulated. The house also has 3 phase electricity.
