Iskrameco signs deals with two major Austrian utilities companies
Iskrameco, the Kranj-based manufacturer of Smart meters has sealed an exciting new deal to supply its products to Austria. The company has signed contracts with two major Austrian utilities which will see its presence throughout the whole of the Carinthia region.
Iskrameco’s state of the art products allow utilities providers to take remote meter readings and therefore reduce the amount of work done in the field. Around 95,000 Smart meters will be delivered in the first two years and there’s a possibility that the number could be increased to 250,000 by 2024.
Iskrameco continues to go from strength to strength: the company increased its revenue by almost €5 million in 2015.
